erin sharon
Erin Sharon is a reading specialist working with elementary students using a structured literacy approach in Pembroke, MA. In addition to working with students, Erin has led professional development and guided teachers as the district shifted into an evidence-based framework aligned with the science of reading. She is also an adjunct instructor at Bay Path University, where she helps prepare undergraduate students to be effective teachers of reading. Additionally, she is a Keys to Literacy trainer, providing professional development in literacy to current educators. Previously, Erin has worked as a reading specialist at the middle school level, has taught first and third grade, and has operated a private tutoring practice working with students with dyslexia. She is Wilson level 1 certified and has completed training in several reading programs to support literacy instruction. Erin holds her M.Ed. in Reading from American International College and her B.A. in Elementary Education from Bridgewater State University. In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her three sons.
