Willamina Tailfeathers is a 3rd Grade Immersion Teacher on the beautiful Blackfeet Indian Reservation in Browning, MT. She received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Montana State University-Northern in 1997. She went on to earn her Masters Degree from University of Montana in Curriculum & Instruction in 2000. Most recently, Willamina has been certified in LETRS (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling), which is endorsed by the International Dyslexia Association (IDA). She is excited and eager for school to start with the added excitement of being a Goyen Literacy Fellowship participant.
